We are a designer-owned, designer-managed company.  We believe in making shoes by hand in small family factories in Tuscany, Italy. We slowly and consciously develop one style at a time and only produce in very small quantities. Every part of our production is sourced locally in Tuscany, right down to the care card insert. 

We want our customers to love our shoes. We provide complimentary exchanges for a new size. For returns, a $25 restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.

We suggest you first try on your shoes in your home on a clean carpeted surface to avoid any unnecessary scuffing or wear.  All returned shoes must be in perfect condition with all original undamaged packaging included and your return must be requested through our Return Portal within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

We offer complimentary shipping anywhere in the continental United States. After you place an order, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.

We produce in very small quantities so we encourage you to pre-order. We will sell out of certain colors and sizes during the pre-order period.

At the time of your pre-order we will charge your credit card and notify you of the expected shipment date. We work with small, family-run factories, so our projected shipping dates can sometimes change. We provide regular timing updates over email and on Instagram @yunibuffa.

We work tirelessly with our technicians in Italy and our fit models in New York and Italy to refine our craftsmanship and achieve the most comfortable fit for each style.
